Great value for the money spent at the hotel. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the location close to the port was convenient. the staff at Kaia were friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

Great hotel, our stay was very very good.
The staff was really helpful, we were offered a recently decorated twin room with town views. It had a bath in the fairly clean bathroom.

The bathroom was spotless, and the bedroom was super clean and comfy, plus the Wi-Fi was top-notch. the room was spacious and cozy; I loved chilling in there after a day of exploring and wandering about. the only bummer was that there was no breakfast as I was expecting, but it didn't ruin the overall experience at all - everything else was fab! 🌟

Good and stunning location, a port was close to our hotel. The twin room was en suite and had central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a writing desk. The staff were amicable and excellent, we truly enjoyed this stay.

The rooms at Hotel Kaia are beautiful and come with en suite bathrooms. the location is superb, situated in a very pleasant area close to the Ferry Terminal. There is a great variety of food options within a short 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The staff was really helpful and excellent. the place was clean. the room was a nice size and also had a bath. the highlight was the tasty food. the location was convenient, at a short distance from Aria Resort & Casino. This hotel was set in a very pleasant area.

The location near the local port was amazing, the place had a fresh decor and private bathrooms, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

There was no one at the hotel upon my arrival as promised, and the hot water in the bathroom took ages to heat up. the lack of breakfast options in the area on Mondays left me scrambling for food.
